The Chestnut View

ALL GUEST ROOMS HAVE QUEENS SIZE BEDS, WALK-IN CLOSETS, PRIVATE BATHS WITH SHOWER, PLUSH TURKISH TOWELS, ALL PILLOWS PROTECTED WITH LINERS, & TOP OF THE LINE MATTRESSES.
EXCEPTION: THE CAPTAIN'S QUARTERS WHICH HAS AN ADJOURNING FULL BATH AND RESTORED ANTIQUE BATHTUB/SHOWER.

• Only 2 Guests to a Room...no exceptions.
• The guest area of the house has its own private entrance.
• Check-in time is after 4 p.m. We can make arrangements for earlier arrivals. Check out time is 11 a.m.
• The Wells House is a smoke-free, pet-free and child-free B&B. While we adore children and pets, we cannot accommodate either in our home.
• We have connections with local pet hotels.
• No one under the age of 21 is permitted.
• For the comfort of other guests, please keep noise levels down after 10 p.m.
• The atmosphere is Victorian in many ways. For example, there are no televisions in the home. We do, however, have wireless Internet service since sometimes we all must touch base with the current world. Your days can be filled with sight-seeing, boating, touring vineyards, farms, and the beach, or just sitting back in the Great Room or your guest room with a good book.
• The Great Room is open to guests from the morning until the evening. Guests have the option of eating breakfast on the outside stone patio or in the Great Room.
• WE ENCOURAGE GUESTS TO ENJOY SITTING ON THE COVERED PORCHES AS WELL.

Wells House reservations must be confirmed with a credit card and are subject to a 14-day cancellation policy. You will be given a 100% refund on 14 days or more notice. In the event you must cancel with less than 14 days notice or shorten your stay, 100% of the first 2 nights, and 75% of any additional nights, will be charged to your credit card. In cases of less than 48 hours notice, 100% of your stay will be charged to your
credit card.

Full payment for your stay is due upon arrival. The Wells House accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
